I have seen this error after using SQL*loader in direct mode, it should have been fixed in the 7.3.3 patch sets but reared its weird head in 8.0.4 only to be fixed again in 8.0.5...

It looks like some debug message bubbling to the top.

Were you using SQL*loader indirect mode at all at anytime ?
