PLSQL Run time Error

The following error occurs intermittently during execution of stored procedures
in Oracle.


Running Oracle version 7.3.2 on HPUX version 10.    
The error terminates processing of the stored procedure and exits the SQL*Plus
session.


"Warning: Entry/Exit code is optimized.  Cannot restore context (UNWIND 22)"
I have no idea what this is telling us - any help will be appreciated.
