DBMS_SQL: Can I update a DBMS_SQL cursor record?

Is it possible to update the current record fetched by a DBMS_SQL cursor? I'm
looking for a solution similar to the UPDATE...WHERE CURRENT OF feature of
regular PL/SQL cursors.
