Get another computer, and perform a point in time recovery of the full database on that. Arguably, you can not include the other tablespaces, but this involves pain and suffering, so it's easier just to recover the whole thing.

After you have a point in time image, export the application's objects, take that dump file to the first computer, and import back in. You may want to nuke all the application's objects on the first machine before doing the import, of course.
