Client Installation Problem

Hi,


I am trying to install Oracle Client Software on WIN 95 and after
installation I try to start SQL Net Easy Configuration. It starts to
install more software but then halts with the error message
cfg(23).vrf(230): invalid instantiation string nls()
Any suggestions?
