If your statment is cursor fetching you can use attribute cursor_name%ROWCOUNT (all rows count will be returned after last fetch), or if you are using non-cursor statment there is SQL%ROWCOUNT attribute (use after sql statment). Please look in PL/SQL User Guide - Using Cursor Attributes.
