Gotchas not mentioned:  On NT 4.0 for 8.0.4 maximum db_block_size is 16K and
maximum db_block_buffers is 3200 for an SGA of 50M max not including the shared
pool.  I have heard others successfully setting db_block_buffers higher, but when
one of my co-workers tried it (because he didn't read the README) he got an
ORA-00600, so if size matters to you, beware.
