Both these products can manage multilpe sessions. Persional Oracle includes the full SQL and PLSQL features available in the Oracle8 product, Oracle Lite has not PLSQL support this is replaced by Java. Oracle Lite is designed for disconnected computing and mobile users, where as Oracle8 personal editition is for more sophisticated client applications that need full SQL support.
