Starting ORACLE SID

I've just loaded Oracle 7.3.4.0.0 onto my PC (NT3.51) but can't start the
Oracle SID.



When entering svrmgr23 I get the message 'Oracle SID not started'.  Connect
Internal gives me the same message.  I've tried starting the database from
NT Services but get the message that it's unable to start becase 'Module Not
Found'



Any ideas?
