Reading OracleBook docs on Win 95?

I have a CD from Oracle which is in the Oracle Book format (product documentation 1.0.16 ) on Win 95 I cannot open these books. Where can I find code to do that? I don't have a CD on my Solaris machine where the Oracle binaries are installed.
