Oracle 7.x patch for ASP, where can it be found?

I've been trying to set up Oracle 7.3.4 for use with Microsoft ASP on IIS 4. I've encountered the problem described in the following KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q176/4/11.asp While trying to retrieve a recordset through querying the DB, the following error occurs:
ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed I understand there is an ASP patch to correct this, however I've been unable to locate it on the Oracle MetaLink support site. Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain this patch?? Many Thanks!
