If the Oracle database did not shutdown with shutdown immediate then stopping those Oracle NT services is the same as crashing your database, i.e. database recovery will occur next time you start it up. This is not normally a big deal, but you could run into problems if you are doing this prior to a cold backup and need to restore from it later.
