SQL Loader When Statement

Hi,

I'm new using SQL Loader...But what I have read so far is that I have to have and And in the statment, I need to use an OR in the statement yet when I try it I get errors...

i'm doing something like this...

... AND ((001) != 'C' OR (002) != 'C') is that possiblle? if not, how do I do an OR in a When statement?
