The 8.0.4.0.0 agent is a little unreliable and I would always recommend 8.0.4.1.1 to my customers. You may be able to work arround this by deleting all snmp* files in net80/admin directory and all files (not directories) in net80/agent. Then make sure that the listner.ora has a GLOBAL_DBNAME entry for each SID.
