Ahh, I see that with 7.2 they started documenting them again. They were documented in 6.x and dropped from the docs in 7.0 and 7.1. I just never re-read the create index syntax since then..... sorry.

So, starting with the 7.2 doc set, CREATE <unique> INDEX is documented, in the 7.0 and 7.1 doc set, it is not....
