Help - Convert Forms45 from Oracle 7.1.5 to Oracle 7.3.2

I need to upgrade to Oracle 7.3.2. The Forms45 forms which run on Oracle 7.1.5 get an error when I generate them on the 7.3.2 system. The forms appear to be trying to link to 'Core715', which is not on the upgraded system. What is the best way to get these forms to run on the 7.3.2 system with a minimal down time?

Any help will be appreciated.
