Works :-) Unfortunately the guys at Oracle don't know about the difference between NIS- and IP-domainname under Solaris, so orainst gest a little bit confused. I'm not an Oracle administrator, so it took me some hours to figure this out - with some help from the Usenet community.

I'm pretty shure these are _no_ cross-platform binaries - the're too small for that :-)
Anyway, from an administrators point of view I'd prefer Sybase - but that doesn't exist on Solaris/x86,
