Enterprise Manager - Job Droped

We have just migrated to Oracle 7.3 on NT and now have Enterprise Manager to administer the two Oracle boxes.

Whenever I attempt to run a job from Enterprise Manager - it fails and tells me that the job was droped. However, if I use one of the DBA Tools (Data Manager for example) and run a job immediately (like an export) there is no problem with the system processing the request.

I have phoned our suppliers help desk and they don't have any idea. Has anyone run accross this before?
