I think you don't have the ORACLE_HOME environment variable set correctly ... depending on the shell you're running on UNIX, this OS level command might help if you run it first:

export ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/product/732/

Note : THIS IS SPACE CRITICAL - don't put any spaces around the = sign!
