Motif apps of Developer2000 Server

I got Solaris 2.6 CDE 1.2 Oracle 7.3.4 and Oracle Developer 2000 Server. When ever I try to launch a Motif app (like runform45m ora any of the forms45 motif apps)
I get:

FRM-91111 Internal Error: Window system startup failure!

(yes the windowsystem is running)

So any help gratly appreciated !
