svrmgrl, Where is it?

I have done a couple of 7.3 installs on SGI's and know that svrmgrl is
installed in $ORACLE_HOME/bin but after moving from system to system on
some different platforms I support, svrmgrl is sometimes missing.
Usually the sqldba program is used on these implementations.



  Does anybody know the secret here? Why is it not present in every
install?
