[q] help me!!! about ora-7445 core dump and trace.

hi! there

I found error message ora-7445 in alert file and a lot of trace file in trace directory. Periodically, this error logged in alert file and trace file created in trace directory.

do anyone know why this error occur?
how can I patch this error?

if anyone has a opinion to solve that problem, please send email to me.

this is our system specificatio and a part of alert file. system spec:
  RDBMS Version: 7.2.3
  Error Number (if applicable): ora-7445   Operating System: Unix
  Product: HP-UX T-class
  Product Version: HP_UX 10.20

alert file content:
/ol0_orah01/oracle/adm/P01OL1/udump/ora_5629.trc: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [10] [0] [0] [0] [] []
