[q] utl_file package

I needed use utl_file package to interface witch text file.

And I tried to use it, but I got error message that couldn't run utl_file.fopen function. So I insert configuration option to init.ora file with utl_file_dir. Then I ran my script than use utl_file package. there no error message.

When I ran script that use utl_file package with other working directory, I got also error message. I couldn't change working directory - utl_file.fopen('working directory', 'file', 'mode)

How can I do correct this ? I wanna use utl_file package withc dynamically changing directory.
