Exports on NT

I'm trying to write an export script on NT using the NT command shell. What I would like to do is

append the date onto the export file ie <sid>_19980617.dmp
only keep 5 exports online
send a mail message upon completion

I have done this on UNIX and have just started working on NT, so if anyone can point me in the right direction or has some script to help me, I would appreciate it.

We are also looking into the possibility of purchasing the MKS toolkit, but for now, I don't have it.
