Help needed for writing procedures to read MLOG$ tbls for snapshots

Hi Oracle Gurus,

   We are trying to use MLOG$ tables and write our own procedures to do    insert, updates and deletes on our tables thereby creating our own    snapshot tool. the prime reason is the problems associated with    snapshot replication over the WAN, especially if there is any batch    update on the master table or and schema changes in the master table.

   Has anyone implemented something like this?

   Need your help on this.
