Does anybody know how to set the priority while connecting to Oracle so that this Oracle sub-process will have a lower priority.(On Windows NT)

We are tring to start connecting Oracle from our application and it seems one process should have lower prioity.

Any idea to kill a close Oracle connection on Windows NT ?

Thanks for help.

Xu
