I have worked under 2 different schemes:

  1. for carrying pager when on call, .8 hour OT(which really is 1.2 straight) just for having it on. if called, OT at whatever it took, if < .8 hour, claim .8 hour.
  2. minimum 4 hour straight time for EACH page, it tends to defer only but the most important pages from developer at that rate.
