There are a couple of ways to do this:

  1. You can import the dBase file into MS Access and export as a delimited text file.Then create the table in Oracle and import it using sqlldr73. sqlldr is oracles text loading utitility. You will find examples (.ctl) in <oracleroot>\rdbms73\loader\
  2. You can import the file into access. Create the table in Oracle, Link the table in access via ODBC and then copy from dbase data to Oracle inked table.
