The Oracle 7.3.3 or 7.3.4 Intelligent Agents are much easier to configure than the 7.3.2 IA which relies on manual configuration of SNMP.ora, for example. Oracle 7.3.4.x is pretty stable on NT 4.0 (SP3), I have used it for over a month. The 7.3.4 IA generates its configuration files when it starts.

Have you tried to DISCOVER the 7.3.2.x IA from your OEM console ? Unsuccessful DISCOVER usually means something wrong in the configuration.
