Enterprise Manager problem

I have just tried to install Oracle7.3 on Windows NT 4.0 and have run into a problem when I try to start up Enterprise Manager: I get an error mesage to the effect that my repository is version 1.1 whilst EM is version 1.2. Since I installed everything together this came as a bit of a surprise.

In the readme file there are instructions to run a sql script which i duly did, but I still run into a problem when I try to start up EM and log on (the usual system/manager,orcl). Has anyone else run into this problem?
