OCI & Connection Pooling

Platform: NT4/IIS4/OCI

Im writing a COM component to plug into IIS4 and its gonna wrap the OCI stuff to get to an Oracle 8 network db. How/where do I do the connection pooling? Do I have to code for it (ugh)?
