Hi,

this is a known bug for all Oracle 7.3 releases prior to 7.3.4. Oracle has issued an alert concering this. The bug may occur when there are more than one foreign key on a table which are declared with delete cascade.

Backports are available for most platforms, so contact Oracle Support.
