I sometimes met the error message "Internal error,please try again" 
when I ran the SPC in Oracle 7.3.3 through Oracle OWS 3.01 for NT.
Someone told me to adjust PL/SQL cartridge configuration and install
wrl.dll patch. But I couldn't find the patch. Could anyone mail me the
patch ?  Thank you very much !
