Nitin,



You could look at V$SESSION and V$PROCESS tables to get the sid/Os & DB
user name of the user deleting the rows - note that you will need to
open up the two underlying tables (V_$SESSION and V_$PROCESS) to PUBLIC
READ until you can sort it out.
