Yes. Unlike Unix, you must install into the same ORACLE_HOME (i.e., C:\ORANT). But since the binaries for Oracle on NT / NetWare / OS/2, etc. contain the version number (i.e. ORACLE73.EXE, SVRMGR30.EXE, IMP80.EXE, \RDBMS73 directory, etc.), there is no conflict.
