Exception in VAW.EXE (SQL*Worksheet) NT4, SP3, Outlook 8.5.5104.6

I run a development operation that does not have a support agreement with Oracle, so I cannot report this problem directly. However, on NT4, SP3, VAW.EXE aborts with an access violation whenever the window is repainted. This is probably a problem with RICHED32.DLL, since a new version was shipped with Outlook '98 (Outlook 8.5.5104.6). There are similar, although less severe problems, in the problem reports list on Technet. The consequence of this problem is that SQLWorksheet is unusable on an NT 4 workstation running Outlook '98. The suggestion to revert to an earlier version of RICHED32.DLL doesn't work, since this causes problems with Outlook.

Would someone with access to Oracle tech support kindly report this problem. I will attempt to get one of our clients to report it, but that often takes a lot of effort.
