Do not modify export file.
Let's assume that you have DB with only tablespace SYSTEM. First --- create all tablespaces that were in previos database with proper sizes. Location of files is up to you. Then perform import with ignore=y parameter. If you import rows, be sure that you have at least one online rollback segment (except of SYSTEM).
