Yeah, sounds like pretty stupefying smoke. There is no such thing as an atom bomb that doesn't use uranium or plutonium. Fusion bombs require a fissioning detonator. Other elements could be used, but the articles pointed to don't say that.

From the apparent level of stupefaction, I'd say common household cleaning products.

Don't worry, the TROLLS who live in the secret world only accessible under the ice caps will show themselves and save us.
