All the different protocols would work because SQL*Net would try to use them one by one until a connection is made. But in reality you would have only one working protocol, say TCP then it is better to delete the other protocols from TNSNAMES.ora . I believe your TNSNAMES.ora was modified by your remote Oracle Intelligent agent.
