Enterprise Manager under Oracle for workgroups 7.3

I am looking for a good reference describing how to configure oracle
Enterprise Manager under Workgroups 7.3 on AIX 4.2.  I can attach to and
see the database tables, but I can't submit jobs from a remote PC.  I get
snmp.ora not found.  I have looked at the sample, but it is not clear about
what the entries should be or which are necessary.



Any help I can get is greatly appreciated.
