Threads on HP

Environment:
Oracle 7.2.2
HPUX 10.2
6 way T520

I noticed in glance and top that a single Oracle process can take 100% utilization yet total CPU utlization across all CPU's is under 50%. Does Oracle 7.2.2 do threads? If not, what version? If so, how do I make it make a single process take advantage of all CPUs?
