You are right. This bug looks like another fine joke from Oracle. I had this group (/etc/group).

                    dba::100:
                    oper::101:

I`ve added this one

                    mips::100:

Now I have two group with the same number. This works OK.

I would like to buy you a drink, but I think Madrid is too far to come for a beer !
