Oracle Objects and IIS4.0

We have been using OO and IIS3.0 for sometime now without any problems.
However, upgrading to IIS4.0 now generates this error message:



Server object error 'ASP 0115 : 8000ffff'



when trying to create the Oracle session.



Is this a known problem? Is there a work around?
