Yes, it has several critical bugs. We have had serious problems with 3.0 (3.0.0.18 and 3.0.1.8 on Solaris 2.5.1), and the only solution Oracle has come up with is downgrading to 2.1. Judging from other users experiences posted on the webcys list, we're not alone with such problems. So be sure to really shake your installation before putting it in production. Our solotion was to choose another product...
