[Urgent] Locating the ORACLE.INI file on WinNT

Hello,

I am using Oracle 7 Server (version 7.3.4.0.0) for Windows NT and I'm having the following problem :
The documentation talks about a file called 'ORACLE.INI' containing several parameters settings, like BROWSERnn, FORMS45_PATH, etc. The problem is that I can't find this file !!!
