Hi Ryan,

    I think you should rethink reinstalling NT. If it is truely necessary, be prepared to reinstall Oracle from scratch. Reinstalling NT will not 'mess with the database at all' - it will make that section(s) of disk unreadable by your OS. It's a hierarchy, OS needs CMOS, Oracle needs OS, not an installation of peers.
