I you use NET8 to access 7.x databases or SqlNet to access a version 8 database AND an application utilizing OCI calls, you will encounter problems. Install Net8 ONLY if you need to access Oracle 8 databases . Best yet, wait until the 8 in both products is followed by a .1 Received on Wed Apr 29 1998 - 08:09:23 CDT
