Hello Dmitry,

You don't need to do anything. You have received a patch which includes the fix to bug number 473039. Bug 473039 is the same bug as 362688. Bug 362688 has been fixed in a later version. Bug 473039 is a request for a patch to 7.3.3 on NT 4.0 which implements that later fix on the current version. This is what the term "backport" means - it is porting a code change back to an earlier version of the server (and possibly to a particular platform).
