Lost control files and a data file

I've lost all control files and one datafile. No backups. Is there any way to recover?

When I try to recreate the control file I get the message: ORA-01565: error in identifying file 'E:\DATABASE\ZR1ORC1.ORA'

Since I have no control file I can't mount the database and recreate the datafile with:
ALTER DATABASE CREATE DATAFILE 'E:\DATABASE\ZR1ORC1.ORA' AS 'E:\DATABASE\ZR1ORC1.ORA'; I'm afraid the file is lost.
Anyone help?
