If your Workstation is a Uni-Processor machine such as the out-dated Sparc2 series, you need to modify the "oracle.mk" and introduce an offset value for the appropriate virtual memory handler. All the binaries and libraries need to be relinked.

To this end, log a call to Oracle support center and they should be able to provide this info. straight away (only because it is already in their knowledge DB :P )
